Pleated Bags

Replace conventional two-piece filter bag and cage assemblies with pleated filter elements.  Our pleated bags are constructed with durable spun bonded polyester media which offers superior collection efficiency, excellent dust release properties, reduced operating pressure drop, and longer life than conventional fabric bags. Pleated bags are designed with wide shallow pleats while containing significantly more surface area per element than a fabric filter.  Pleated bags can handle high dust loads and are designed to fit traditional baghouses in both top and bottom removal designs.
